Policy Objective
This service delivery policy applies to all services offered by Lagoon Parks SRL, including access to the location and its facilities.

Access to the Location
Customers will receive access to our location and its facilities in accordance with the details of the booking made. Access is allowed only during the time period specified in the reservation.

Check-in Procedure
Upon arrival, please check in at the reception with a copy of the booking confirmation and a valid ID. Our staff will assist you with the check-in process and provide you with all the necessary information to enjoy the available facilities.

Use of Facilities
During the visit, customers are entitled to use all available facilities according to the reservation. Please respect the rules and instructions displayed in each area to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all visitors.

Delays and Absences
If you are late for your reservation, unused time will not be compensated. If you do not show up at the reserved time, access will not be granted, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Reservation Modifications
