What is Lagoon Park?

Lagoon Park means a 40,000 square meter space with a 9,800 square meter artificial lagoon using patented Crystal Lagoons® technology, the first in Central and Eastern Europe. You can read more about this technology here.

14,300 m³ of crystal-clear water with an average depth of 2 m and 2 main entrances over 1,800 m². 11,400 m² of sandy beaches and 1,050 premium individual sun loungers, 770 umbrellas, 25 cabanas located in 2 premium areas. 280 dedicated parking spaces managed by Interparking. A restaurant and a beach bar, terraces, areas for events and sports, a playground, exhibition and promenade spaces, green areas, pontoons for water sports. 2 access areas (main access/reception from 18 Coralilor Street and one through the Lagoon Park parking lot open on weekends), permanent security, radio, and lifeguards.

What can I bring with me?

You can bring towels, sunscreen lotion, one normal-sized inflatable ring per person, water toys, and anti-slip socks.

What is the refund policy?

All products and services are sold without the possibility of refund or transfer.

Can my children access the lagoon without me?

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Is the water heated?

Our lagoons are not heated, and the water temperature may vary. From June to September, temperatures can range between 18 degrees Celsius and 25 degrees Celsius. Guests should use their own judgment regarding water activities, their safety, and comfort. Because the water is not heated, refunds and rescheduling are not eligible due to water temperature.

Is food and drink sold within the complex?

Yes, we have a restaurant and beach bar, and non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages available for sale.

Can I leave and re-enter the complex if I purchased a single-day access ticket?

No, because that ticket represents the purchase of a single entry. You cannot make multiple exits and entries throughout the day.

What should I wear at the lagoon?

Lagoon Park is a family-friendly environment. You must wear appropriate beach/swimwear at all times. For the health and safety of all our guests, children wearing diapers are required to wear a swim diaper when entering the lagoon waters.

What is the policy in case of bad weather?

The lagoon has an outdoor beach. Before purchasing a ticket, please check the weather conditions. The safety of all our guests is our top priority. Therefore, bad weather may force us to temporarily close the lagoon. We ask all guests to heed weather warnings and seek shelter. Tickets and activities are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Mandatory safety instructions during bad weather conditions:

Upon hearing the 15-second long siren sound, exit the lagoon and the beach in an orderly manner and without running.
Go immediately to your vehicles or seek shelter in the main building or restrooms. Do not stay under umbrellas or VIP cabanas, as they do not provide sufficient protection against lightning or strong winds.
Follow the instructions of Lagoon Park staff and avoid using mobile phones or other electronic devices during the storm.
A short siren sound (5 seconds) will indicate the end of safety procedures, after which you can return to your activities.
