This Regulation establishes the rules for access, as well as the rules for using the spaces and facilities of Lagoon Park.

This Regulation represents a legal document that establishes the rights and obligations of each visitor in relation to the administrator of Lagoon Park, and it produces binding legal effects for every person who wishes to access the Lagoon Park perimeter, as well as for any person who uses the spaces and/or facilities of Lagoon Park. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully and thoroughly read this document before accessing and/or using the spaces and facilities of Lagoon Park.

Persons who decide to visit Lagoon Park are required to read, understand, and comply with the provisions of this Regulation, which is available upon request, as well as online at www.lagoonpark.ro.

Purchasing an access ticket implies that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to all the provisions of this Regulation and, consequently, you are obligated to comply with it unconditionally and in full. If you do not agree with any of the provisions below, please do not purchase the access ticket and do not access the spaces and facilities of Lagoon Park. Simply purchasing the ticket/entering the premises constitutes a commercial contract between you and the administrator of Lagoon Park, SC Forty Management & Investments SRL, making the provisions of this Regulation contractually binding and obligatory for you to respect.

This Regulation may be revised at certain intervals without the administrator of Lagoon Park being obliged to inform visitors in any other way than by publishing it online or making the updated version available upon request, indicating the date of the update.

Please check the applicable Regulation before each visit to Lagoon Park, through any of the aforementioned methods, and carefully read this document each time, to be fully informed about the rights and obligations arising from purchasing the ticket and accessing the spaces and facilities of Lagoon Park.

  1. What is Lagoon Park Bucharest?

Lagoon Park is a leisure space located in Bucharest, with its main attraction being an artificial lagoon using Crystal Lagoons technology, surrounded by green spaces and a sandy beach equipped with sun loungers, showers, changing cabins, relaxation areas, as well as other facilities such as restaurants or terraces and specially designated areas for dining, access paths, and parking.

Lagoon Park aims to offer its visitors a space for sunbathing, swimming, and relaxation, located outdoors and easily accessible.

Lagoon Park is owned and managed by Forty Management & Investments SRL, Unique Registration Code 34395487, Bucharest, Sector 1, Buzești St. no. 82-94, Tiriac Tower, 7th Floor.


  1. Special Warnings

Visitors understand that the activities that can be carried out within Lagoon Park involve certain risks specific to the types of activities available (such as the risk of slipping, injury, and even the risk of drowning) and assume responsibility for these inherent risks.

Visitors are fully responsible for complying with the rules of this Regulation, regardless of the presence of any representative or employee of Lagoon Park. Any accidents, damages, or injuries will always be considered as caused exclusively by the visitors, who will bear full responsibility for the damages caused to their own person, to any other visitor, as well as to the operator of Lagoon Park Bucharest and/or the property belonging to any of the aforementioned persons.

By purchasing the access ticket and/or using the spaces and facilities of Lagoon Park, visitors declare that they are in a satisfactory state of health and do not suffer from any communicable diseases or conditions that may endanger their own health or that of others.

If you suffer from any condition or there is any other reason why exposure to sun and/or water is not recommended for you, by purchasing the ticket and accessing the spaces of Lagoon Park, you assume full responsibility for the risks that may arise in such a case.

By purchasing the access ticket and/or using the spaces and facilities of Lagoon Park, visitors declare that they are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, nor under any medication that may affect their health condition through exposure to the sun, engaging in activities inside Lagoon Park (especially swimming and other physical sports activities). Entry into Lagoon Park without observing these warnings exempts Lagoon Park from any responsibility for the negative effects and consequences that may result from this, including but not limited to, the risk of injury, accidents, aggravation of health condition, etc.

By purchasing the access ticket and/or using the spaces and facilities of Lagoon Park Bucharest, visitors declare that they understand and accept all the risks that may result from outdoor and sports activities that may take place within the recreational complex (such as, but not limited to, the risk of slipping, injury, as well as the specific risks of swimming or prolonged sun exposure at hours when sun exposure is not recommended).

  1. Access Rules

Access to Lagoon Park is only permitted during the periods and throughout the operating hours, which will be prominently displayed at the entrance and/or on the website www.lagoonpark.ro.

The normal operating hours during the summer periods are between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, but please consult the operating hours displayed on the website before heading to the location.

Lagoon Park reserves the right to unilaterally modify and without prior notice the days and/or access schedule, as well as to restrict or limit access in certain situations, including evacuating the premises or certain areas within the premises, in those situations where such a measure is necessary to ensure the health and safety of visitors. The value of access tickets in such cases will not be refunded.

Visitors will not be allowed to remain within the premises of Lagoon Park outside operating hours. Additionally, Lagoon Park reserves the right to temporarily restrict/limit access if the maximum operating capacity has been reached, in order to avoid overcrowding situations.

Access to Lagoon Park is conditioned by purchasing access tickets from the ticket booths located at the entrance. The ticket prices will be prominently displayed on the website www.lagoonpark.ro and at the entrance, next to the ticket booths.

Reservations or advance purchase of access tickets are not possible. Additionally, the cost of access tickets is non-refundable, regardless of the reason cited.

Entry tickets must be kept throughout the visit and can be checked at any time by our staff. The validity of entry tickets automatically expires when visitors leave the premises of Lagoon Park. Any re-entry, even on the same day and shortly after leaving the premises of Lagoon Park, requires the purchase of a new entry ticket for each person in this situation.

In the event that Lagoon Park implements a wristband access system to replace entry tickets, visitors will be required (in addition to the access fee) to pay a guarantee of 100 lei for the release of the wristband. This guarantee will be returned to visitors upon leaving the complex and returning the wristbands. Returning the wristbands is mandatory; otherwise, the indicated guarantee will be retained by Lagoon Park to cover the cost of the access wristband.

Access to the premises of Lagoon Park Bucharest is permitted for all adult individuals. Children, persons lacking discernment, or persons with special needs may enter Lagoon Park only if accompanied by parents, guardians, or caregivers. Parents, guardians, and caregivers are fully responsible for the individuals under their care or supervision and cannot in any way transfer this responsibility to Lagoon Park or its staff.

Parents, guardians, and caregivers are obliged to instruct and supervise the individuals they accompany and are fully responsible for compliance with the provisions of this Regulation by those under their care. Parents, guardians, and caregivers are also responsible for any accidents or damages caused or suffered by the individuals under their care, as a result of non-compliance with the provisions of the Regulation.

Access to the premises of Lagoon Park is prohibited for persons suffering from contagious diseases or conditions, those with open wounds, skin rashes, or conditions incompatible with use alongside other healthy individuals in the lagoon, showers, or toilets, or with prolonged exposure to sun, water, or high temperatures.

Access to the premises of Lagoon Park is prohibited for individuals exhibiting violent behavior, those under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances, as well as persons carrying such prohibited substances.

Access to the premises of Lagoon Park with fishing rods or fishing equipment is prohibited, as this is not a permitted activity.

Access to the premises of Lagoon Park with food or drinks from outside is prohibited. Visitors can purchase and consume food and drinks exclusively from the spaces provided within the premises, respecting the rules established by the operators of these spaces, which are different from the operator of Lagoon Park.

Access to the premises of Lagoon Park, as well as access with pets or service animals, is prohibited.

Visitors must ensure at the entrance that they meet all access conditions and have the necessary equipment for the proper use of the spaces and facilities of the complex, bearing full responsibility in this regard.

The operator/administrator of Lagoon Park has the right to prohibit access and/or evacuate any individuals who do not temporarily or permanently meet all access conditions and equipment requirements for the proper use of the spaces and facilities.

Additionally, the operator/administrator of Lagoon Park has the right to inspect the contents of visitors' luggage to ensure compliance with access rules and to prevent the entry of prohibited items or hazardous substances into the premises. Considering that ensuring the health and safety of all individuals in the complex is a priority objective, Lagoon Park reserves the right to deny access to the complex to any person who refuses to undergo checks or measures of any kind aimed at achieving this priority objective.

If the individuals affected are parents, guardians, and/or caregivers, the measures may also apply to accompanying persons. Similarly, if the individuals affected are accompanied and/or supervised by other persons, the measures may apply to the parents, guardians, and/or caregivers accompanying them. In any such situations, the cost of already purchased tickets will not be refunded.

  1. Parking

The parking serving Lagoon Park is intended exclusively for use by park visitors. The parking lots serving Lagoon Park Bucharest are operated by Interparking, and users of the parking lots must comply with the usage rules established by Interparking, which can be consulted here .

The Lagoon Park parking lot is not equipped with electric vehicle charging stations.


  1. Facilities Provided

Purchasing entry tickets entitles visitors to one lounge chair per person, specifically allocated according to the number on the ticket, for which no additional fees will be charged.

Additionally, upon entry into the premises of Lagoon Park, visitors will receive a beach towel, which must be returned upon exit.

Use or occupation in any way (including placing a towel or another object) of additional lounge chairs beyond those indicated on the ticket is prohibited.

Direct use of towels on sand or green spaces is prohibited. Visitors may only sit in specially designated areas, on allocated lounge chairs, benches, or at tables.

Except for lounge chairs and towels, we do not provide visitors with slippers, flip-flops, robes, or any other equipment necessary for the use of the spaces and facilities.

Visitors have access to changing cabins, toilets, and showers, which they can use individually (i.e., one person at a time), as they become available. Parents, guardians, and caregivers are reasonably exempt from this rule when they need to accompany, supervise, or assist the persons under their care.

Lagoon Park does not have special storage areas or luggage storage areas. All luggage will be kept by visitors on or near them, and Lagoon Park will not be in any way responsible for tracking them or ensuring the safety of visitors' personal belongings.

Visitors must ensure the storage of luggage and personal belongings (toys, swimming equipment, etc.) in such a way as not to block access paths, endanger, or inconvenience other visitors or Lagoon Park staff.

The loss/disappearance of any personal belongings must be reported to Lagoon Park staff, who, at the request of the injured party, may request the assistance of law enforcement and, to the extent possible, may provide access to recordings from the audio-video surveillance cameras installed on the premises. For clarification, Lagoon Park will decide on a case-by-case basis whether and when it is available to provide the requested support.

Lagoon Park provides specialized personnel for security and cleaning.

Additionally, Lagoon Park Bucharest provides lifeguards to supervise the swimming and bathing area, with the clarification that the presence of this specialized personnel does not transfer any responsibility regarding the safety of activities to this staff or to Lagoon Park. Visitors remain fully responsible for their own safety, as well as the safety of those in their care/supervision, with the role of Lagoon Park staff being solely to provide additional support and offer first aid in case of emergency.

Lagoon Park also provides first aid points, and visitors are obliged to urgently inform Lagoon Park staff of any emergency situations or potentially dangerous health and safety issues, being able to call at any time the first aid points.


  1. Rules of conduct and use of Lagoon Park spaces and facilities

Lagoon Park is a recreational space mainly intended for swimming and outdoor relaxation. Visitors understand the intended use of all spaces and facilities and undertake to use them with respect for the assigned purpose, within what can be commonly considered normal use.

As the spaces and facilities of Lagoon Park are intended for communal use or alongside other visitors, maintaining quietness and cleanliness is mandatory.

Visitors must behave civilly and appropriately in the communal use of existing spaces and facilities, so that safety, peace, order, and cleanliness within the premises and adjacent perimeter of Lagoon Park are not in any way disturbed or jeopardized.

Violent or aggressive behavior, insults, shouting, excessive noise, or the use of audio-video playback devices without headphones are prohibited.

Visitors are obliged to follow the instructions displayed at the entrance and inside the premises, as well as the instructions provided by the staff.

Topless or nude exposure, as well as changing clothes outside specially designated changing cabins, is prohibited.

Visitors are required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear and to be equipped with swimwear when entering the lagoon.

Before entering the water, visitors are required to use the showers. The use of soap, shower gels, shampoo, body creams, exfoliating substances, or any other similar creams and substances outside the shower is prohibited. Likewise, any kind of body care activities or procedures involving the use of shaving, epilation, or self-tanning tools and devices are strictly prohibited.

The water depth ranges from 0 to 2 meters, properly marked, and visitors are obliged to check the markings before entering the water and to follow the usage instructions displayed on the informational panels inside the complex, as well as the recommendations and guidance of the Lagoon Park staff.

Access to the water is prohibited for non-swimmers. Any person who chooses to enter the water assumes responsibility for their own activity and safety. Also, unsupervised access to the water is prohibited for children under 14 years old and for persons with special needs, who must be accompanied and supervised by parents, guardians, or caregivers.

Children up to 3 years old must wear special bathing diapers when entering the water. Also, children up to 6 years old will only be allowed to enter the water if equipped with swim floaties, swim vests, or other similar devices ensuring their safety.

People with long hair are required to tie their hair or wear a swim cap when entering the water.

Access to the water will only be allowed from the beach area, respectively through the places specially marked for this purpose. Jumping from the shore, as well as any form of access or exit from the water that does not respect the existing markings, is prohibited.

Throwing objects from one to another, into the water or from/to the water, as well as onto/into the shore, except for lightweight objects specially designed for use in water, such as beach balls, inflatable pillows, or similar items, is prohibited.

It is not recommended for visitors to enter the water with jewelry, watches, or other valuable items that can be easily lost or damaged. Lagoon Park is not responsible for any damages suffered by disregarding this recommendation.

Intoxication with alcohol is prohibited, with consumption being allowed only within reasonable limits, and Lagoon Park staff have the right to prohibit access to the water or to evacuate any persons from the water, without the need for any prior warnings or checks of their condition.

Each visitor has the obligation to behave decently and appropriately, without disturbing or offending others or good morals.

Visitors may use audio/photo/video recording devices only when recording themselves or family members, without including any other unrelated person in the footage. To respect the privacy and comfort of other visitors, any other recording, as well as professional recordings/for professional purposes, is prohibited.

Smoking is only allowed in specially designated areas for this purpose and never in the water.

Consumption of food and/or beverages is only allowed in specially designated areas for this purpose and never in the water.

The disposal of waste of any kind (including cigarette butts or food or beverage residues) in any place other than in the trash bins provided for visitors, especially in sand, grass, or water, is prohibited.

Visitors will be able to use sports equipment and engage in certain sports activities only in the areas within Lagoon Park that are specially designated for this purpose, and marked accordingly, as follows:

Additionally, children can use, under the supervision of parents or adult companions, specially designated playgrounds for them, while respecting the rules for using these facilities, displayed on the panels installed in these areas.

Visitors are required to follow the instructions of Lagoon Park staff, address them respectfully and in a civilized tone, and properly inform the staff when they notice irregularities or any violation of these regulations.

Individuals who do not comply with the regulations and who exhibit inappropriate behavior that causes discomfort or endangers the safety and health of others or even themselves, may be evacuated from the premises without the right to refund the ticket cost and with the consequence of being permanently banned from accessing Lagoon Park premises.

  1. Restaurants and Terraces

Visitors will have access to the terraces and restaurants set up inside the complex and will be able to consume the products purchased from them in the specially designated areas where food consumption is allowed.

Please note that these facilities are operated by third parties, who have the freedom to establish their own operating rules, and Lagoon Park bears no responsibility towards them. Any complaints from visitors regarding the operators of these units will be resolved exclusively between the visitor and the operator in question, without any involvement from Lagoon Park.

  1. Exit from the Premises and Prohibition of Access

Lagoon Park and its employed staff have the right to request compliance with the provisions of these Regulations from any visitor.

Unauthorized access of individuals to the premises, as well as the use of fraudulent payment methods, constitute offenses for which the guilty parties will be evacuated and handed over to the competent authorities.

In addition to other cases specifically provided for in these Regulations, Lagoon Park or its employed staff have the right to decide whether a person should be removed from the premises to ensure peace, order, cleanliness, health, and safety of themselves or others.

Lagoon Park staff will verbally inform the culpable visitor of the termination of contractual relations and the request to leave the Lagoon Park Bucharest premises together with the persons they accompany as a parent, guardian, and/or companion. If the individuals in question refuse to comply with the verbal requests, the security personnel may remove them by any means necessary, including involuntary physical handling, escorting the person to the exit, and notifying, as appropriate, the competent public authorities. In such situations, the ticket cost for the aforementioned individuals will not be refunded, and we reserve the right to refuse future access to these individuals, refusing to collect the price and issue the access ticket.


  1. Liability

Lagoon Park visitors are fully responsible for complying with the provisions of these Regulations, as well as for the proper use of the goods and facilities provided.

Visitors are obliged to indemnify Lagoon Park and its staff for any damages or losses caused, resulting from the loss or damage of goods belonging to Lagoon Park (including access bracelets, towels, sun loungers, etc.), improper use of the complex's spaces and facilities, as well as non-compliance with the provisions of the Regulations.

Parents, guardians, and companions will be held liable for damages caused by individuals under their care and/or supervision.

Lagoon Park and its staff are only liable to visitors for those damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence on their part.

Lagoon Park and its staff are expressly exempt from liability for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the behavior of any visitor, as well as the non-compliance by any visitor with the provisions of these Regulations.

Lagoon Park is not liable for goods destroyed, damaged, lost, or stolen during the visit, and visitors are responsible for their own belongings. Additionally, Lagoon Park and its staff are not responsible for thefts or damages in the parking area or in spaces managed by third parties (such as restaurant and terrace operators).

Lagoon Park is not responsible for the deterioration of visitors' goods resulting from the normal use of facilities, such as damage caused by certain items coming into contact with water, strong sunlight, or sand, discoloration or tearing of materials, scratching of phones, watch malfunctions, jewelry breakage, etc.

Lagoon Park is not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings. If visitors or Lagoon Park staff find lost valuable items (i.e., objects worth more than 100 lei), they will keep these items for a maximum period of 10 days, after which they will hand over these items to the competent authorities.

Lagoon Park is not liable for damages and losses suffered by visitors resulting from force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, as defined by law.

  1. Security and Personal Data Protection

Spaces belonging to Lagoon Park may be under audio-video surveillance solely for the purpose of ensuring the health and safety of individuals and property on the premises.

Operation of the audio-video surveillance system is carried out only by authorized personnel, in compliance with the requirements imposed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as Law no. 190/2018 on measures for the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

  1. Notifications, Suggestions, and Complaints

Lagoon Park visitors can submit any notifications, suggestions, and complaints to the address contact@lagoonpark.ro or by accessing/calling www.lagoonpark.ro.

  1. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Regulations are governed by Romanian law, and any relations between visitors and Lagoon Park and its staff will be governed by the same law.

  1. Entry into Force

These Regulations enter into force and apply from May 1, 2024.

There are currently no previous versions of these Regulations.
