  • What is Lagoon Park?

  • Lagoon Park means a space of 40,000 square meters with an artificial lagoon of 9,800 square meters that uses the patented Crystal Lagoons technology, the first in Central and Eastern Europe. You can read more about this technology here. 14,300 m3 of crystalline water with an average depth of 2 m with 2 main accesses to the lagoon of over 1,800 m2. 11,400 m2 of sandy beaches and 1,050 premium individual sunbeds, 770 umbrellas, 25 VIP cabins located in 4 premium areas. 260 dedicated parking spaces managed by Interparking. 2 restaurants and a beach bar, terraces, event and sports areas, playground, exhibition and promenade spaces, green spaces, pontoons for water sports. 3 access areas (Plaza access, West access and East access), 47 cameras, permanent security, music, lifeguards, massage and yoga.
  • What can I bring with me?

  • You can bring your towels, sunscreen, one pool noodle per person, and water toys.
  • What is your refund policy?

  • All products and services are sold as non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Can my children access the lagoon without me?

  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an supervising companion over the age of 18.
  • Is the water heated?

  • Our Lagoons are not heated, and water temperature can vary. June to september, temperatures can vary from 18 degrees Celsius to 25 degrees Celsius. Guests should use their best judgement regarding water activities, safety, and their own comfort. Since water is not heated, refunds, and reschedules are not eligible due to water temperature.
  • Are food and beverages for sale?

  • Yes, we have a variety of rotating food trucks and non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages available for sale. For your convenience we have water stations located throughout the lagoon grounds. If you have any dietary restrictions and have concerns, please contact guest services.
  • What should I wear to the lagoon?

  • Lagoon Park is a family-friendly environment. You must wear appropriate beach/swim attire at all times. For the health and safety of all our guests, children in diapers are required to wear a swim diaper when entering the lagoon waters.
  • What is the inclement weather policy?

  • The safety of all our guests is our top priority. Therefore, inclement weather may cause us to temporarily close the lagoon. We ask that all guests adhere to weather warnings and seek shelter. Tickets and activities are nontransferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be canceled or refunded. Mandatory inclement weather safety guidelines: Lightning Kilometer Procedures: 12 km – paddleboards & kayaks must return to the dock. 8 km – all guests clear out of the water including free swim areas. 4 km – all guests are advised to seek shelter. Lagoon leadership and water safety staff will give approval for guests to re-enter the water and resume in-water activities after lightning strikes have cleared designated ranges and no new strikes are reported within a specified period of time. It is at the company’s discretion whether the lagoon will remain closed or reopen after weather events.
  • Can I bring coolers, food, and beverages?

  • No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed at the lagoon. Infant formula and sealed baby food is also permitted. Food and drinks are available on site.
  • Are lifeguards on duty?

  • The lagoon is a swim-at-your-own-risk facility. Please be advised that there are no lifeguards on duty in free swimming areas. A limited supply of complimentary life jackets are available in designated areas on a first come, first served basis. Availability is not guaranteed but personal life jackets are permitted for use.
  • I arrive at Lagoon Park at 11 a.m. for example and buy a morning ticket, which is valid until 2 p.m. Do I get a lower price? What happens when it expires?

  • Tickets issued are valid for renting an individual sunbed. They are issued on time slots (9-14, 14-19 or 9-19) and it doesn't matter when you access that time slot, the price is the same for that time slot. After the expiry of the time slot that was purchased with the respective type of ticket, if you are still present in Lagoon Park, your ticket automatically turns into a day ticket and you will pay the difference in cost upon exit.
  • How can I rent the premium seating (lagoon acces)?

  • Each visitor has allocated a premium seating sunbed. You cannot enter the Lagoon Park without renting a sunbed. Prices are presented in price section and the tickets can be purchased from the 8 ticketing desktop available on the property.
  • Is there a fee for parking?

  • The parking is under a third party administration, Interparking. There is a fee of 5 lei/hour, VAT included. VIP ticket cost has parking included. You can read the parking rules here.
  • Are animals allowed?

  • Service animals are welcome at Lagoon Park. A service animal is defined as a dog that is individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability. Please note that emotional support animals are not considered service animals. While we understand the importance of emotional support animals, they are not permitted in this establishment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to ask our team.

  • The lagoon is a swim-at-your-own-risk facility. No lifeguards are on duty. Lifejackets are available in designated areas throughout the park. Anyone under 18 years of age may not consume alcohol on the property at any time. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Clients are encouraged to leave personal belongings at home or in a safe location. Staff members are not permitted to hold valuables or bags for clients. Guests under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Height and weight requirements may apply on certain water sport & recreational activities. Lagoon Park is a family and residential experience; therefore, we ask that the appropriate swim attire be worn throughout your visit. For safety, diaper age children must wear swim diapers when entering the lagoon water. Smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, and products that produce a vapor or smoke are permitted in designated areas only. The lagoon may close for water contamination, maintenance, special events, and inclement weather. Inclement weather may cause the lagoon to be temporarily closed. In the event of a closure, all clients must leave the lagoon immediately. Re-entry will be permitted on the same day if weather permits during operating hours. Anyone that appears to be under the influence of an illegal substance may be asked to leave the facility at the discretion of staff. Access is not permitted in restricted or staff only areas. Clients with open cuts, wounds, sores, or blisters may not enter the lagoon water. All persons, bags, belongings, and other items may be subject to search. Rules are subject to change as deemed necessary by management. We reserve the right to deny admission or to require a person already admitted to leave the lagoon without refund, liability, or compensation if we consider the circumstances so require.   • Firearms or weapons. Pets or other animals (with exception to approved service animals) are not permitted in the lagoon. Outside alcohol or illegal substances. Outside food or beverage or coolers. Outside chairs, unless otherwise stated for a special event. Tents. Glass containers with exception to approved small containers such as baby food jars. Recreational devices such as bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, scooters, drones, and all other motorized vehicles are not permitted inside the lagoon. All water vessels to include but not limited to kayaks, paddle boards, skim boards, surfboards, rafts, and floats are not permitted. Large sports balls to include footballs, basketballs, playground balls, etc. are not permitted. Large inflatable rafts, large water toys, and watercraft are not permitted.   • Diving. Flips, back jumps, back dives or other dangerous actions from the side of the lagoon. Profanity or disruptive behavior. Intoxication. Running. Sale or distribution of goods or services. The distribution of printed or recorded materials of any kind. Feeding any wildlife. Photography, videotaping, and recording of any kind of anyone not in your party. Engaging in any unsafe acts that may impede the operation of the lagoon

  • It is forbidden to enter the Lagoon Park premises for people who show violent manifestations, for people who are in a state of intoxication or under the influence of psychoactive substances, as well as for people who have such prohibited substances on them.
